How My Life can be Better after Therapy

When we come to realize that we need to recover from childhood abuse, it can be very gradual and slow.  There are many good experiences to recovering, and some harder experiences, but it is all part of the healing process.  Sometimes during this process you will feel happy, and better, and other times it will bring up many emotions that are triggered by memories.  But do not worry, this is what happens, you have the strength inside of you to deal with these emotions.
